JEREMY CROSS, ESQ.
ATTORNEY
Jeremy graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2013. After his graduation, Jeremy traveled through South America for several months where he became adept in the Spanish language and experienced Latin American culture. Following his travels, Jeremy attended Suffolk University School of Law and graduated in 2017. While in law school, he participated in the Suffolk Law Immigration Clinic. Jeremy is a member of the Massachusetts bar.
Jeremy is a strong believer and advocate of immigrants’ rights. He believes that all people, regardless of origin, race, religion, or ethnicity have a right to share the safety and opportunity of the United States. He believes that hard-working immigrants make the United States a better place and believes that all people should have the right to high-quality representation. Jeremy believes that immigration detention is a wrongful practice and that undocumented persons need to take necessary precautions in case they are detained by immigration officials.
When he's not busy defending his clients, Jeremy enjoys traveling and playing soccer. He is also an avid fitness enthusiast.

OUTREACH DIRECTOR
Jel Melencion is a registered nurse and a licensed real estate broker by profession. She graduated from her nursing program at Lyceum of Iligan Foundation. After her nursing career, she studied real estate at Red October Learning Center in the Philippines. Then she took and passed the Licensure of Real Estate Brokerage. She is a member of PNA (Philippine Nurses Association) and PAREB (Philippine Association of Realtors Boards).
She opted to change career paths and began working in the corporate world, for which she is very passionate about. She worked as Marketing and Sponsorship Events Coordinator in United Arab Emirates. She worked as Marketing Consultant at Alpha Realty LLC.
She is also a freelance script writer & director of short independent films. She’s an advocate of Human Rights, a member of UNHCR, advocating refugee rights. She’s also a member of Kiwanis International, an organization that helps & promote education to the children around the world. She advocates animal rights and an active member of PAWS (Philippine Animal Welfare Society). On her free time, Jel loves to play music on her guitar, solve crosswords, solve chess puzzles and she’s a green thumb and loves planting veggies on her urban style mini garden. She believes there’s still hope in humanity and if you can be anything in this world, always choose to be kind.
